Discounted registration fees are available to all IHPBA/AHPBA/A-PHPBA/E-AHPBA members who have a 2022 membership.
If you have not renewed your membership, please renew here
If you wish to become a combined member of another regional association, please join via the membership form and then register separately.
New member fees are not available to those who have been members in 2021.
The participant registration fee for the IHPBA 2022 Congress includes:

The Letter of Invitation (link above) should be considered as an official invitation to facilitate the processing of visas and/or documents needed for single entry to be able to attend the Congress.
All delegates are responsible for the payment of all fees and expenses related to your participation at the Congress and Visa applications, as well as any necessary insurances for health and travel.
This invitation does NOT include any financial aid such as waived fee, financial support or accommodation. Any misuse of the document will be subject to legal action.
REGISTRATION FEES
Virtual Ticket includes live virtual access to all educational sessions access to recorded sessions for 6 months following the meeting, CME, virtual networking with colleagues, access to virtual exhibit hall and more!
For new members: You will receive a username and password from IHPBA within 21 days of fully paying for your registration. This will allow you not only to attend the congress in March, but to enjoy a whole year of IHPBA and AHPBA member benefits.
Non-Member Fee
This fee is for those who are not members of IHPBA and their local regional association. To benefit from member discounts on registration fees, you can register at the new member fee. However, please note that this fee includes combined IHPBA and AHPBA membership for 2022. If A-PHPBA or E-AHPBA is your local regional association, please join here first, then register at the member fee above.
There is no junior non-member registration fee available for the congress. If you are a junior non-member in the Americas region, you should take advantage of the Junior/Resident/Trainee/Fellow New Member fees detailed above. If you are a junior non-member in the A-PHPBA or E-AHPBA regions, please first join here at the membership fee of only $75.00, then register at the Junior/Resident/Trainee/Fellow Member fee above.
Junior Members, Residents, Trainees, Fellows should forward a recent job certification or letter from their supervisor confirming their status, by email, to the IHBPA 2022 Registration Department: ihpba2022.registration@ihpba.org
Allied Health Professional/ Advance Practice Provider Members
Documentary proof of Allied Health Professional/Advanced Practice Provider status in the form of a letter from your head of department should be sent by e-mail to the IHPBA 2022 Registration Department: ihpba2022.registration@ihpba.org
GROUP REGISTRATION

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early registration rates. Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registration Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IHPBA 2022 Registration Department at ihpba2022.registration@ihpba.org.Cancellations up to and including 2/1 85% refund, and on or after 2/2 no refunds will be given, substitutions possible. All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds. If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague.
