Additional Meeting Information

What You Need to Know!

  • In New York County, New York the community level of COVID-19 is Low.

  • Attendees may choose to mask at any time, though masks will not be required.

  • Proof of vaccination will no longer be required to enter the meeting space or hotel. We suggest carrying your vaccination card, as some restaurants may still require it for entry.

  • Out of respect for your fellow attendees, all attendees are asked to self-monitor their health and adherence to CDC guidelines.

  • Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms will be prohibited from attending.

  • Please practice good hand hygiene.

  • Recognizing it is a voluntary decision to attend, we are asking that you please exercise caution and safety as you travel to the meeting and while in New York, as we are all counting on each other to stay healthy.

  • Need a COVID-19 test?  CLICK HERE to find a test near the meeting venue. COVID-19 testing sites are also available throughout the city without an appointment.

  • Traveling to & from the airport and around the city – Ubers & taxis are recommended. Exercise caution if you choose to travel by subway.

  • Do not accept rides from anyone outside the taxi stand at the airport unless it is your Uber driver (confirm license plate before entering car).

Certificates of attendance will not be printed onsite.

Registered attendees are eligible to apply for CME credits within the meeting app until September 30, 2022
 

CME ACCREDITATION

Individuals exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 as defined by the CDC are prohibited from attending the meeting. AHPBA & IHPBA are not liable for the spread or transfer of any virus, illness or injury for IHPBA 15th World Congress attendees.

The official Congress language is English. Translation will not be provided.
